Refund & Cancellation PolicyLeaf

This policy outlines the terms under which users may cancel a registration or receive a refund for paid services.

1. General Refund Policy

All purchases of digital services, including webinar registrations, mentorship programs, or consulting sessions, are considered final unless otherwise stated. Fees once paid are typically non-refundable.

2. Seat Transfer

Participants unable to attend a scheduled session may request a seat transfer to another eligible person by notifying us at least 48 hours before the event.

3. Cancellation by Organizer

In the unlikely event that Bharat Valley Incubator and Accelerator Private Limited cancels a session or program, a full refund or suitable alternative will be provided.

4. Technical Issues (User-End)

Users are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and compatible device access. Bharat Valley Incubator and Accelerator Private Limited will not be liable for user-side technical failures.

5. Payment Gateway & Transaction Errors

If there is any technical glitch during payment processing such as the amount being debited from the customer's account without confirmation on the platform the transaction responsibility lies with the payment gateway provider. Bharat Valley Incubator and Accelerator Private Limited will assist the customer in raising a ticket or coordinating with the gateway provider, but it is not legally liable for gateway-side technical errors or delays. Customers are advised to retain transaction references and contactinfo@bharatvalley.ioin case of such issues.

6. Special Cases

In exceptional scenarios (duplicate payments, accidental charges, etc.), refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at Bharat Valley Incubator and Accelerator Private Limited's discretion.

7. Refund Timeline

Refunds, if approved under the above conditions, will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
